A Cocktail Built for Two

In advance of Valentine's Day, participants will prepare the components of a floral, Valentine's cocktail.  Class begins with a toast to the holiday, followed by a look at flowers as aphrodisiacs, as we create the infused ingredients, using both cold-process & rapid infusion techniques.  Along the way, we'll sample the completed cocktail, and each participant will leave with a set of ingredients, enough to make a "Valentine's Day Cocktail For Two".  Ticket price includes cocktails, attendance, and materials for one person.
